Shipping is Free on all orders within the Continental US on MadisonatMain.com! Please allow up to two business days for order processing and shipping. However, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, if any, as it is beyond our control.
Returns
MadisonAtMain.com offers 5 business days after receipt of your purchase to inspect the rug. For any reason you wish to return your purchase, please notify us by e-mail at customerservice@madisonatmain.com. You will be issued a return authorization number, as well as a return address. Returns made without prior authorization will be refused at our warehouse. All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be in resaleable condition. Refunds on authorized returned merchandise will be made to your credit card upon receipt of goods from Cresc Corp. Shipping charges will not be refunded on orders returned for customer remorse. MadisonAtMain.com reserves the right to inspect the condition of all returned products before issuing a refund.
