MadisonAtMain.com reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is strongly encouraged that all customers read and review these terms when making purchases from MadisonAtMain.com to avoid any confusion or disputes.


Return Policy:
MadisonAtMain.com offers 10 business days after receipt of your purchase to decide if you are completely satisfied. If, for some reason, you wish to return your purchase, notify MadisonAtMain.com by e-mail at returns@madisonatmain.com. You will be issued a return authorization number, as well as a return address. Returns made without prior authorization will be refused at our warehouse. Refunds on authorized returned merchandise will be made to your credit card upon receipt of goods. All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be in resalable condition.  Refunds to your credit card will be made by the Cresc Corp.  Shipping charges will not be refunded. MadisonAtMain.com reserves the right to inspect the condition of all returned products before issuing a refund.

For damaged or defective merchandise, notify MadisonAtMain.com by e-mail at returns@madisonatmain.com. MadisonAtMain.com will have UPS pick up the damaged or defective product(s). Upon receipt of the defective/damaged merchandise, you will either be refunded the full amount of the defective/damaged merchandise. If refunded, the credit will show up on your credit card statement under Cresc Corp. Any returns without a prior return authorization number will be refused at the warehouse. MadisonAtMain.com reserves the right to inspect the condition of all returned products before issuing a full refund or replacement.

By shopping and purchasing goods from MadisonAtMain.com, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold MadisonAtMain.com harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including any attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.

MadisonAtMain.com collects payments through GoDaddy.com to ensure security. Cookies are stored to track shopping cart information. Customer e-mail, shipping address, and any other information received at checkout is not shared with any other source. MadisonAtMain.com will only use this information to contact customers when necessary.

MadisonAtMain.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping information given during checkout. Contact MadisonAtMain.com immediately if any shipping information is incorrect on your order.

MadisonAtMain.com holds the security of the customer's information at the highest priority. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Legal:
Should there be any legal action taken against MadisonAtMain.com for any reason, it must be brought to the Atlanta, Georgia state or federal courts. All fees must be paid by the consumer. There will be no reimbursement beyond the retail price of the merchandise.

Tax:
There will be a 7% sales tax added to orders from Georgia residents only.

Should any part of these terms and conditions be deemed as unenforceable or in opposition of the law, all the other terms and conditions will remain in place and will be enforced to the full extent of the law.
