Q: How do I care for my rug(s)?
A: Detailed information on how to care for each brand of rugs on MadisonAtMain.com can be found under Care Instructions.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We only accept credit card payments at this time. The site is secure using Godaddy SSL certificate. All credit cards are charged through Authorize.Net to protect all credit card information when orders are placed. We never keep any credit information.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: MadisonAtMain always offers free UPS Ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states for orders over $75.00.  Orders under $75.00 always have a shipping cost of only $8.00. Customers in countries outside the US should contact customer service at customerservice@madisonatmain.com for a shipping quote.

Q: How long does it normally take for my order to be processed and shipped?
A: Please allow up to two business days for order processing and shipping.

Q: What if I need to return my product? (Damaged, defective, etc.)
A: Please see our terms and conditions for all returns here.

Q: Some of your designs are on more than one brand of rug. What's the difference?
A: You may see some designs that are available in both Jellybean™ and Homefires Accents™ brands. The difference is that the Jellybean rugs are thinner, and can be used indoor or outdoor. Homefires Accents™ rugs are thicker, and can only be used indoor. However, both rugs are machine washable!
